It is exceptionally clean, straight & tight. The spine ends and corners are lightly rubbed as is the back board and a few brown spots on both pastedowns. Included are five fold out maps. Pages are not torn. Three or four pages in the front of the book have some pencil notes that could easily be erased. This is the third and concluding volume of the Epochs of American History and brings the narrative to the end of President Cleveland's first administration in 1889.
