The Colugo: the flying lemur of south-east Asia. Lim, Norman.
BAC26188 Nature's Niche, Singapore: 2007. Octavo, paperback, 80 pp, colour photographs. BRAND NEW.<P> Colugos are nocturnal, arboreal gliding mammals found in South-east Asia. There are just two species, each in its own genus, which make up the entire family Cynocephalidae and order Dermoptera. Though they are the most capable of all mammal gliders, they cannot actually fly. They are also known as cobegos or flying lemurs (misleadingly, since they are not lemurs and cannot fly). Colugos are seen in rainforests of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and parts of the Philippines. ISBN: 9789810564544 $30.00AUD Click here to order or message the dealer
