Rubbed on edges with small loss on corners, cloth spine with small tears on head/tail of spine and splits on inner back hinge (1" on top & 3" on bottom, middle part is intact). Date not stated but a gift note on front endpaper is dated Xmas 1926. Pages are lightly yellowed with some foxing, heavy foxing on three pages.
