The booksale will be held at the Royal Historical Society of Victoria in the former Australian Army Medical Corps Drill Hall - an impressive Art Deco space, listed on the Victorian Heritage Register for its state-wide architectural and historical significance. During the fair Strathalbyn has the largest collection and selection of antiques anywhere in Australia. There are five halls to visit, which are filled with quality antiques and collectables from local and interstate dealers. Antique appraisals both days and an auction on Saturday. There is catering and entertainment as well as a complimentary shuttle bus to each venue. There are many bargains to be found with a huge Open Air Treasure Market on the Sunday at the oval.
